Personal Experience

Ryan Hecht is the founding attorney of Hecht Law Firm PLLC and specializes in plaintiff civil litigation in both Texas and California.

Mr. Hecht was born and raised in Houston, Texas. At an early age, Ryan knew he wanted to pursue a career in law in order to pursue justice for those in need. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Ryan attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Immediately after graduating from law school, Ryan began working for a plaintiff firm based in both San Francisco, California and Houston, Texas. There, he learned the ins and outs of plaintiff-side class action work as well as complex litigation. Once he returned to Austin, Ryan gained several more years of legal experience working at a personal injury and business litigation firm. 

An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Hecht decided to open up his own law firm in order to provide his services to injured Texans and Californians. Ryan “Hurricane” Hecht is a proven courtroom warrior whose tenacity and strength sets him apart from other lawyers. While many attorneys today shy away from the inside of a courtroom, our team at Hecht Law Firm PLLC considers it home. No matter the case, Ryan puts himself in the shoes of his clients and fights back with a tenacity that cannot be found elsewhere.
